2017 South Australian Volunteer Awards

The Member for Stuart, Dan van Holst Pellekaan MP is pleased to advise nominations for the 2017 South Australian Volunteer Awards are now open.

Mr van Holst Pellekaan would like to encourage people to nominate community members, groups and businesses who they believe play an integral role in their local community as volunteers.

 

Award categories are:

The Joy Noble Medal is South Australia’s highest distinction for recognising the outstanding efforts for an individual volunteer.

The Premier’s Award for Corporate Social Responsibility recognises the strong contribution South Australian businesses make to the community through philanthropy, partnership and corporate volunteering.

‘The Andamooka’ Community Project Award will be awarded to a volunteer project resulting in significant community benefit.

 

The awards will be presented at a special Volunteers Day event in June 2017.
